Shredded Pine Mulch provides nutrients and can lower pH as it decomposes which can assist with the growth of many plants. Shredded Pine Mulch provides nutrients and organic matter to the soil as it decomposes, and promotes the development of soil microbes in the soil. Shredded Pine Mulch can also be used as a soil amendment to reduce compaction, increase water holding capacity, and add organic matter directly to the soil.
